Will my susGain account be terminated if unused for extended periods of time?

susGain reserves the right to terminate your account if your account remains inactive (i.e. no successful transactions are made through susGain) for a period of more than a year or in accordance with Clause 7 of our Terms and Conditions or where it is necessary or reasonable to do so in order to comply or satisfy and law, regulation or court order.
