NTU CCA Open College Course: Concepts of Concern – A Lexicology of Ecology
The 3-hour course is a survey of terminology in social, cultural and political ecology. The course also traces the evolution of specific eco-centric terms and their corollary discourses since the global environmental movements of the 1960s, and examines a lexicology of ecology as a springboard to engage the emerging and heterogeneous field of ecocriticism.
